Over time, glitches appear: brain fog, anxiety, poor decisions, self-doubt, and even a lack of motivation. This isn't hypothetical. In simple terms: If your gut is irritated, inflamed, or imbalanced, your brain gets the SOS signal. The result? Anxiety, depression, foggy thinking, and even impulsivity.   1. Eat real food - Choose foods with no labels or only ingredients you can pronounce.
