My journey has been anything but ordinary. I graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill with a degree in Radio, Television, and Motion Pictures, kicked off my career as a sports reporter and ABC producer in San Antonio, and went on to raise four incredible children while moving 16 times alongside my husband — an NFL and college football coach. Let’s just say, I’ve learned to embrace change like a champ and reinvent myself more times than I can count. Every season has deepened my faith, sharpened my purpose, and strengthened my passion for helping others do the same.

Now, I use everything I’ve learned — from the sidelines of stadiums to the soul work of self-mastery — to help women just like you unlock the confidence, clarity, and courage to live with intention and build a legacy that lasts.
